People of a nation play a key role in its development and to make sure that a nation is progressive and its people dutiful, it is important to make sure that our children develop positive character traits. Parents often complain that their children are selfish, aggressive and not in control. We at Midwest Academy not just focus on academics but also focus on character development of our students. We are aware how difficult it is for parents to deal with children especially in an environment when they have access to the Internet, movies with violence and sex, and bad habits like smoking and drugs. Here we are committed to develop students who are well-educated, well-behaved and those who are aware of their duties and responsibilities. Character building consists of character training that helps students to become morally upright and develop a positive attitude towards life.

Character Education Program at Midwest Academy

First Phase

Students become aware of the significance of rules and limitations in this phase. They are also taught how to be determined towards carrying out their responsibilities well in every situation.  Students get limited choices in the beginning of the program, but are informed that privilege and status come from consistent working decisions. We give students space and freedom and help them reach their goals through continuous hard work.

Second Phase

Leadership phase of the character education program provides maximum growth and development opportunities for students. Students learn to find solutions rather than focusing on the problem. They become responsible and learn to face the realities of life. They learn to face peers with confidence and develop a sense of self-worth and self-esteem. They understand their role towards society and learn to become part of other’s success. Youth Leadership Program is an important aspect of this phase.
